On Monday December 8th of 2008 a military jet crashed into a very populated area of University City in San Diego, California.
There were 2 people on the ground as the crash occurred and two more in a nearby home. As to the San Diego Fire Department there were four confirmed fatalities in both homes. This deadly aircraft crash has caused major delays traffic and in one nearby High School where students were on lockdown for a short period of time while military and local officials figured out what exactly caused the crash in the University Town Center area.
